Every activity mentioned within the website has a Governing or Regulatory body who will offer advice and details about their activity, as well as offering clubs and individuals insurance and keeping databases of all clubs and societies in the UK who are affiliated to them.  They are often the best place to find out detail beyond our simple starter guides.
