Downloading documents and files

are saved in the Adobe Portable Document File (PDF) format.To view or download these you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have this installed on your computer, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free from the Adobe website.
Please note that when you select a link to view an Adobe pdf file in your web browser, the document will open in a new window.
Adobe PDF conversion toolsUnfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that all PDF files on the website are accessible to screen reader programs. Adobe provide free online tools that will convert PDF documents into either HTML or plain text that can be read by most commonly-used screen reading applications.
To convert a PDF file, either:
visit Adobe's online conversion tools page and complete the online form
or
email pdf2txt@adobe.com (for conversion to plain text) or pdf2html@adobe.com (for conversion to HTML), attaching the PDF file to be converted. The converted file will be returned as an attached email.
